We take payment through our secure online payment system, once you have registered and selected your child’s meals. We take payment by card at the point of ordering.
All meals must be ordered in advance, however you have until midnight the night before to order the meal via our online system (open 24/7/365).

Yes, you can order your child’s meal up to midnight the day before it is served.
You can order all required meals until the end of the current term. Ordering for a new term opens the Monday after the previous term has finished. This enables us complete the order process for the previous term’s meals and reset the system ready for the following term. You may wish to set a reminder to ensure all meals are ordered as soon as possible.
You can book as many or as few meals as you like for the term ahead. There is no minimum order or number of meals required. Ordering opens for the following term the Monday after the previous term has finished. This enables us close down the previous term’s meals and reset the system and menu ready for the new term.
You have up until midnight to book, cancel or amend a meal order. The only exception to this is for packed lunches, which are required to be ordered 48 hours in advance. This applies to both ‘eat in’ and out of school packed lunches.
When you register your child for school meals on our online system, you will have the opportunity to add any allergies or dietary requirements onto your child's profile. If you need to amend the details after you have initially registered, please contact us directly through the Contact Us page with your child’s name and school, and let us know what changes you need to make.
From Summer 2025, we are adding the option for some schools to order packed lunches to ‘eat in’. Please check whether your school has provided this option. Orders for packed lunches can be cancelled until midnight for provision on the following day, however these cannot be added to or amended at that point.
Due to GDPR, two parents are not allowed access to the same online account. If you and another parent/guardian/carer would both like to have the option of ordering meals for your child, please create a separate login for each parent/guardian. Our system only allows one child's name per class so when the second parent registers their child on the online system, they will need to provide a slight variant when adding the child’s name. We suggest entering a middle name or adding '1' to the end of the name.
All meals must be ordered via our website, regardless of whether they are paid for by parents of via the government’s Free School Meals (FSM) and Universal Free School Meals (UFSM) schemes. Payment for meals is not required for children in Key Stage 1 and this is set to £0.00 when ordering the meal. FSM). For all other meals, our payment follows government recommended charging guidelines. For 2025/6 payment is £2.58 per meal.
We have three main options and three dessert options per day. Our menu rotates every three weeks, so there will always be something different to choose from.
When schools request, we change hot meals to packed lunches for school trips.
